Caliente Tropics, Palm Springs

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although not as advertised, had a comfortable king bed and a large walk-in shower. The service was friendly and helpful, but the price seemed a bit high for a Friday night. The location was beautiful, but a bit isolated, requiring driving to get anywhere. The dining options were good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is conveniently located for relaxation, a hit with families, and a key spot for exploring Palm Springs. While the room had a view towards the backyard and a noxious disinfectant smell, it was okay for the price paid. The staff was helpful and kind, although opening our door at 4:30 AM and making noise was a drawback. The dining experience exceeded expectations and was amazing, despite not having a la carte options. The facilities were adequate, and I got a very good price for a large, clean room which added to the value for money.

The hotel rooms were very nice and excellent with a good TV, but unfortunately, the heating unit couldn't warm up the room enough. The prices for the rooms were very cheap, and there was a noticeable lack of soundproofing between rooms.

The hotel offers a fantastic view into the parking area and has powerful A/C in the rooms. The service was top-notch, except for the unresponsive General Manager. The location is decent, though a bit isolated, and the dining experience at the onsite restaurant was amazing and affordable. The facilities are well-kept and enjoyable, making it a good value for the money.

The hotel had rooms that were not as depicted in the pictures but were nonetheless amazing. The stifling heat due to inadequate cooling was a major drawback. The service was friendly but lacked attention to certain details. The location was convenient and relaxing despite some minor issues. The dining experience was mediocre for the price we paid.
